Sports Massage is the management, manipulation & rehabilitation of soft tissues in the body; Including Muscles,Ligaments & Tendons. Sports massage has something to offer everyone, whether you exercise socially or you compete.

  • 1st appointment - Medical History and Treatment Plan. This first appointment will last 1.5hours
  • Postural Assessment
  • Massage Therapy (based on Treatment Plan)
  • Exercises and stretches may be suggested, after treatment, to aid the rehab process
