Staying Active during a pregnancy can improve feelings of wellbeing for the mum to be. Regular activity throughout Pregnancy as been proven to place the body in better shape and make it more fit for the delivery. There are also a number of measurable results that can be seen as a result of this:- Reduced back pain, Reduced fatigue, Reduced levels of stress, Quicker Post Natal recovery, Less Mood Swings. Exercise will also benefit the unborn child.
