A Fun Water based Class that works the whole body, we incorporate Foam Water Weights to enable us to work the whole body. This class is suitable for all ages and abilities. Its a fun way to keep fit and healthy, plus it works well for injuries as being in the water is non- weight bearing for the body. We have great music and lots of fun
Each Month we focus on a different Yoga Flow and then we work through it throughout the month. All levels of Yoga are welcome..even if you are a complete newbie. All Mats and pros are provided. Yoga is a great way to work on the Body and Mind….we will always finish with a little mini relaxation also.
This class works the whole body. Each week will be different and we use Body Weight, Steps, Weights and Other Equipment to ensure a full body workout to help tone and define the muscles. This call is suitable for all ages and abilities and can be adapted to suit your needs. A great class with fab music – the perfect way to workout.
This class is High Intensity Interval Training….and this is the reason it is only 30mins long. HIIT Consists of lots of jumping and high intense movements using interval timed music to ensure a full workout. This class sis tough but totally worth it (not suitable for injuries or pregnant women)
This class focuses solely on the Abdominals. Using different exercises and some small equipment to work the Abs. A fun class which will definitely make you feel the burn in the mid-section
All levels of Pilates are welcome..even if you are a complete newbie. All Mats and props are provided. Pilates is a great way to work the whole body and mind, working through original Pilates Moves and also adding in small equipment….we will always finish with a little mini relaxation also.
