Fitness Classes


Its not a competition in classes, the only person you need to be better than is the person who you were at the last class.

Fitness Classes are suitable for all ages and abilities, the beauty of my Classes is that you can work at your own ability, but with the added bonus of being surrounded by like minded people.

Classes range between 30-45mins, as I understand how time poor we can be…therefore classes are based on quality and not quantity - helping you achieve maximum results in a fun group environment.

CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

Yoga

Each Month we focus on a different Yoga Flow and then we work through it throughout the month. All levels of Yoga are welcome..even if you are a complete newbie. All Mats and pros are provided. Yoga is a great way to work on the Body and Mind….we will always finish with a little mini relaxation also. Each Month we have a theme to follow and focus on

Body Tone

This class works the whole body. Each week will be different and we use Body Weight, Steps, Weights and Other Equipment to ensure a full body workout to help tone and define the muscles. This call is suitable for all ages and abilities and can be adapted to suit your needs. A great class with fab music – the perfect way to workout.

HIIT

This class is High Intensity Interval Training….and this is the reason it is only 30mins long. HIIT Consists of lots of jumping and high intense movements using interval timed music to ensure a full workout. This class sis tough but totally worth it (not suitable for injuries or pregnant women)

Abs Blast

This class focuses solely on the Abdominals. Using different exercises and some small equipment to work the Abs. A fun class which will definitely make you feel the burn in the mid-section

Pilates

All levels of Pilates are welcome..even if you are a complete newbie. All Mats and props are provided. Pilates is a great way to work the whole body and mind, working through original Pilates Moves and also adding in small equipment….we will always finish with a little mini relaxation also. Each Month we have a theme to follow and focus on

Yogalates

All levels welcome. This class is a mixture of Pilates and Yoga fused together. We work on Strengthening core and also bring in Yoga Principles too. All Mats and Props are provided. Small Equipment is also used throughout. Each Month we have a theme to follow and focus on

Circuits

All levels welcome. This class is a basic Circuits class…which is fun and hard work. Each week will be different. Using stations of own body and weighted exercises to have a whole body workout approach.

Legs, Bums and Tums

This class works the Lower half of the body. Each week will be different and we use Body Weight, Steps, Weights and Other Equipment to ensure a great Lower Body and Abs workout workout to help tone and define the muscles. This call is suitable for all ages and abilities and can be adapted to suit your needs. A great class with fab music – the perfect way to workout.

Bootcamp

All levels welcome. This class is a great all rounder workout. It is intense but definitely worth it. We use different principles each week to create a fun but challenging workout. Equipment and Intervals are used…and sometimes even a bit of competition
